A couple of things, just to keep you guys informed as to what’s going on with respect to D*C MMO planning… First up, some fans are organizing a World of Warcraft group for the parade at Dragon*Con this year. Of course we are going to throw our support behind this effort. If you’re interested in participating, [...] The Dragon*Con Directors had our first planning meeting of 2010, and we are officially in business for planning this year’s convention. Pre-registration numbers are (stop me if you’ve heard this one before) way up over last year, and all of the convention hotels are sold out of rooms except for our newest convention hotel. (The [...] We’re one month into planning for next year’s Dragon*Con, and we have 5 panel slots left on our schedule. That’s assuming that we get 2 track rooms again this year, which is not a given at this time. I have a pretty good idea what’s going to go in those slots, but I haven’t received confirmation [...] I must say, even though I’m a Detroit Red Wings fan, my hometown team has done GOOD with this movie. The Atlanta Thrashers come to Dragon*Con! Thanks so much to all of the fans who came out to see us at Dragon*Con this year. We are still in the process of braindumping and writing “after action reports” so that we retain all of the information and lessons that we have learned at this year’s convention. Some highlights.
