Hey everyone! Krystalle from Massively.com here. I hope you all made it home safe and sound and are enjoying being back at home with your computers, in your comfy chairs/beds. I know I’ve missed my beloved office! (That’s an old picture of it above. Much more filled with geekstuff now.)

I’d like to take a moment to thank all our sponsors and contributors, as well as the many guests who came to lend their own brand of to our track this year:

Track sponsors:

Guests / Panelists:

And those who, while unable to make it, contributed prizes for us to give away!

Without our above sponsors and guests, we wouldn’t have been able to pull off the epic win of this year’s track. Many thanks, everyone!

Also, I wanted to take a moment to post some of the from my , since some people did not grab the handouts I’d made. You can find it all after the break!

Well, our schedule is up, and surprise, surprise, there are no changes from the “Unofficial” version posted a while back. =)  If you want full schedules for everyone else, well, Uncle Grimmy’s got your hookup.

By this time, 4 days from now, the crew will be descending upon an unsuspecting Sheraton hotel.   If you’re not there, it’s your loss.

In other news, the folks over at The Unique Geek will be interviewing Grim on Monday night as part of their excellent “40 Days of Dragon*Con” series.  Those of you “jonesing” for a SnarkCast fix will have to wait until after the convention.   Or… You could show up at the Sheraton’s Savannah Room at 10:00 AM on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday and catch Krystalle and Grim in the act LIVE at Dragon*Con.

Anyone want to lay odds on whether or not Krystalle can keep Grim in line while recording in front of a live audience?

Shall we upgrade the degree of difficulty a bit?  Let’s have some guests show up while we’re at it! (Psst:  We have Oxhorn on Friday and Jeff Lewis from The Guild on Saturday!)

Hey there, everyone! Krystalle here, in for Jhaer, who is off doing that real-life thing. (Crazy bastage, out pugging that outdoor instance in this heat?!) Anyway, as I’m guesting in for him this week, I wanted to show off one of my favorite World of Warcraft . ’s work has always really impressed me, but his combination of World of Warcraft and was particularly well done, I thought. That, and this song by the is . (It impressed me enough that I’ve since made it the opening song I play when I’m DJing somewhere – a calling card, of sorts.)

But enough about my thoughts on the , here it is!

Also, I’d be terribly remiss if I was doing machinima without mentioning the incredibly wonderful and talented Christina “” Rollins, who has been coming to for a few years to share some of the best Machinima from around the world with us. Take, for example, this she introduced us all to last year. While the game featured isn’t an , I think anyone who has ever looked for a group can sympathize with this .

If you really enjoy machinima, be sure to check out her this year! Currently they are scheduled as follows:

Machinima (Cool, notable, and award-winning) – Friday, 8:30 PM, Savannah Room
Machinima (Comedy, off the wall, or as Grim calls it “fart and dick jokes”) – Saturday, 8:30 PM, Savannah Room

Also note, you’re welcome to bring snacks and drinks since this is set up pretty much just like going to the movies. Only we don’t have ushers, so please clean up after yourselves! :D

So this time we actually remembered to publish the

Grim and Krystalle discuss the schedule of events on the * track for this year and give some exclusive about the track that won’t appear in the program guide or pocket schedule. If you want the real inside scoop on what we’ll be up to this year, we’ve got the podcast for you. (or you can wait until con and read about it in the Daily Dragon…)

I’ve recently heard much talk of attached to DragonCon conversation. I suppose it’s a topic that’s always a brain fizzle away with many Dcon-goers, but between chatting about and City of talk, it just seems to be more popular in conversation of late. So, in keeping with the times, let’s have more Hero pics!

City of Heroes

This picture was created by Douglas Shuler, an artist for Magic: The . It’s an image he made from his City of Heroes Supergroup. Quite impressive.

Nicely done.

This is just .

And this must be what Alfred sees on The Bat’s bad nights.
