Jean-Paul Sartre wrote “l’enfer, c’est les autres”, or “Hell is other people”. And while those other people out there can be frustrating sometimes, they also happen to be a major reason we play these things called MMOs.
Few games really capture the desolation of an apocalyptic wasteland like Fallen Earth. This first transmission plucked from the aether really showcases that and is moderately sad and depressing… but no one said the end of the world would be a party… a man, his horse, a song and a slow mosey into the sunset:
